At Adeni Luxury Perfumes, we strive to provide premium quality fragrances and a seamless shopping experience.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to the nature of perfumes, used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Damaged / Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing video/photos for verification.
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used perfumes
- Gift boxes once opened
- Items purchased during special sale/clearance (if applicable)
